I would like to share my experience with their service in this SRS Packers and Movers review. I sent my luggage from Bangalore to Delhi on a Saturday in March 2023, and they promised it would be delivered by Monday. However, we did not get them on time. After hundreds of calls, they finally delivered our goods after 9 days. On that here is a list of problems I faced:
Several of my expensive goods were damaged like the bookshelf, shoe rack, almirah and others
We were promised a large vehicle to carry our goods but instead, we saw that a small van was assigned for our goods transportation
They charged Rs 2,000 for unloading purposes but had not spoken of such charges
I therefore strongly recommend against using their services. This has been the worst moving experience I've ever had. Save yourself the hassle and go with another company.
