Investing here can bring you a good resale value in the future for an apartment but a lot needs to be developed there. Most of the amenities are very common. Kammanahalli village area. The project is RERA approved and its RERA NO is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/210907/004300. I have been able to get an idea about the size and price of 3 BHK villas from my colleague living near it and here it is-
