I went to the Sanjeevan Hospital thrice early this year for a regular check up on our day off. My husband had been contemplating on buying a house for a long time so we decided we would check out some of the new projects in the area. That is when we got to know about the Silver 9 project. We really liked the project location. I can give you all a proper Silver 9 Review based on its location and here it goes:
The Sanjeevan Hospital is only 0.4 km from there
The Sainath Hospital is 4.5 km away
Shree Hospital is 0.8 km far
The Kuruli Gaon is 4.7 km from there
The Sant Nagar Police Station is I think within 6 km
The famous Carnival Cinemas Moshi is 5km from this project
You will get the Vinayak Clothes mall within a diameter of 0.3km
Nageshwar Enterprises and Family Mart is within 0.4km
Priyadarshani School, Preeti English Medium School are also within 1 km
These are some well-known places located near this project so investing here won’t be a bad decision to make.

Silver 9 is really located at a very nice place but as of now, the project has several issues like
Water supply
No parking area
Poor usage of construction materials.
In fact, the sales team is also not cooperative or reliable. They will take the advance and book it but if you want to cancel it later, they won’t give you the refund in spite of telling you so previously.
I won’t give his project anything more than2/ 5 in this Silver 9 review. However since the project is still under construction, you can expect it to get better with the passage of time so check it out yourself and then decide.

Silver 9 is still under construction and I am really not sure about its possession date. However, I got to know from a friend that they are providing 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments at an affordable price. The apartments’ sizes are between 387 sq ft to 811 sq ft and within the price range of Rs 28 Lakhs to Rs 59 Lakhs. This project is RERA approved as well and its ID is P52100019377, P52100032298. I haven’t yet been able to pay a visit here personally but might visit it soon and share another Silver 9 review
