Now, the price might seem affordable but the size of the apartments is not. The RERA carpet area for 1 BHK here will be 400 sq ft, which I believe is quite less. It should have been more than 456 sq ft.

You can reach any destination easily from here. It is located near INOX Thakur Mall, Dahisar Check Naka, and Mira Road. Bus stands, malls, markets, and other essential destinations like in close proximity. Here is a list of them:
