I recently worked with Homizinterio for my home’s interior design in Bangalore, and I will say, on the positive side, their design team is quite creative and prompt, but I can’t deny that we faced many issues during the project.
First, their customer service isn’t as responsive as I had hoped. We had to send multiple follow-ups to get updates and ask for project initiation.
Also, there was a bit of transparency with cost breakdown because despite the initial quote, I noticed some charges were added later which felt very unfair.
So, while the final result was okay, I feel the communication could have been better. I heard good
