The VIBGYOR school, where our son studies, is just 500 m from there. You will get several other scrolls in this area as well. I have studied the area to know how far the malls, hospitals, entertainment hubs and more are and here are some of them-

The Magarpatta City is about 6 km
Bhekrai Nagar and Phursungi are within 2 km

It will be a waste if you invest in this project. The only positive aspect of this project is that it is in a beautiful environment, but the list of cons cannot be hidden with it. Here are some of them
No proper supply of water
There is no provision for a common parking area
The most surprising part is that this project lacks a proper entrance to the building
No proper drainage system is there
There is a high voltage electricity cable lying in the amenities area which is DANGEROUS
Roads are not at all well-connected to the buildings
Don’t waste your hard-earned money on such projects. I will rate this project 1/ 5 in this
