Raheja Nova offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments from Rs 69 Lakhs onwards. My husband was able to check the project with one of his friends and shared with me some details. I know many of you might also be trying to gather information about it so let me share what I learnt from him.

It is stretched across 1.93 acres of land
It has an open area of about 2700 sq ft
It provides a 360-degree view of Sahyadri Hills
It was launched in 2021 and is expected to get completed by 2024
This project is being constructed by the K Raheja Corporation, a well-known real estate developer so my husband is very much interested in this project. We are planning to have a 2BHK here and have planned to visit the project together early in 2023. My husband rated this project 8/ 10 when I asked him to, so I believe it is good. If possible I will share another Raheja Nova Review after I visit it myself.

Raheja Nova lacks connectivity. Not a single bus top is within 4 km. In fact, you won’t get any hospitals, malls, schools and more near it. If you love nature it's great but be sure it would take you at least an hour to reach your nearest destination. The major problems I observed there were
You won’t get municipal water there
No provision for pipe gas is present there
I somehow felt there is no security at all.
I visited this project just once and did not quite like it. It is still under construction so I have nothing more to say in this Raheja Nova Review.

Raheja Nova is a good project and honestly, I liked it very much. I went there and checked out their demo apartment and here is what they have used:
Acrylic Emulsion paints for all walls
Vitrified tiles on the floors
Bathrooms have branded materials used as fittings
You will get exhaust fan space in all bathrooms
The buildings have RCC frame structures
This is all I can say in my Raheja Nova review as of now.
