This project has 2 towers having 236 units
It got launched in the year 2019 and is all set to get completed by September 2024
It is spread across 2 acres
2 BHKs have 2 bathrooms and 3 BHKs have 3 bathrooms
Markets, schools, colleges and quite near to this project
This project is RERA approved and its RERA ID is P52100017650
I felt it is a great project to invest in. I am yet to check all the amenities thoroughly so if anyone of you knows about it, do share it here.

Puravankara Aspire was supposed to get completed this year but they have delayed the project. I had high expectations from it but now, I have cancelled the plan of having an apartment here. Here are some of the issues I learnt about it
They will pursue you to book an apartment here and get a refund upon cancellation but that’s not the case. My friend got her refund after continuously asking them for 7 months so beware
The construction materials are not of top quality so asking crores for it is not acceptable
It is quite in a remote area so you might not get cabs or Ubers easily
Sorry but I won’t rate this project anything more than 2 out of 5 in this Puravankara Aspire review
