You can get the Maharashtra Housing and Development Authority (MHADA) flat transferred by making an agreement of sale. In the agreement, the full name of the buyer will be mentioned. After that, the buyer has to inform MHADA for issuing the transfer certificate. The buyer will need to send a copy of the registered papers and submit the transfer fees.
