Sun and Sanctum by Assetz group is located in prime residential and commercial area of Bangalore-KR Puram, which is well connected to IT hubs of the city through ORR and OMR.
The project is offering 2 BHK in 750 square feet approx and 3BHK in around 1000 square feet, which I believe is on the smaller side. But the prices that the builder is demanding are no way less. 2 BHK price in Assetz Sun and Sanctum will be approx is 65 Lakhs and 3BHK, which are available in 2 configurations are quoted around 75-90 Lakhs.
The flats are small only considering the size of flats offered by builders in Bangalore, price is high because of the location, I'm guessing.
