I am planning to invest in a 3 BHK in Poorvi Enchanting and will be booking it within a few months from now. I want to live in an apartment that is not only spacious but also has a vast open area to gaze at. I am fed up with congestion and hence want to live in a free environment. Here are some of the reasons for choosing this project-
All the apartments are Vastu compliant which is great.
The project is RERA-approved
Up to 76% of the property is allocated to carpet areas.
The project has about 78% open area.
No common walls between the apartments ensure both security and privacy.
Spacious bedroom with 2 to 3 balconies and utility area
The apartments have 10 feet of ceiling height and 8 feet of doors.
I will hence rate this project 4/ 5 in this Poorvi Enchanting review.

I have heard no negative Poorvi Enchanting review, so yes, the project is worth investing in. I lived quite near the project, so I can share with you some of the major aspects of it. Here are they-
The buildings will have RCC and earthquake frame structures with isolated foundations.
Probably Johnson or other branded vitrified 2*2 tiles will be installed in all rooms except the kitchen and bathroom.
For the kitchen and bathroom, anti-skid tiles will be installed.
The doors and windows will be crafted from high-quality teak wood.
Wipro or equivalent switches will be installed with 100% concealed fire-resistant ISI standard-quality copper wire.
Asian paints or equivalent paint will be used for painting the external and internal walls.
Johnson / Schindler lifts will be installed.
Power backup for all the apartments and common areas will be ensured.
SS railing with toughened glass for balconies and utility areas will be installed.
I feel this is going to be one of the finest projects in the area, so yes, you can visit it and then decide whether to invest here or not.
