It was supposed to get completed by December of this year but there are still several apartments which have not yet been completed. The possession fate hence got revised and now it is set for December 2023. I checked this project out with my friend in March and noted down the floor plans to show it to my husband as well. I observed some severe problems here in this project so cancelled the plan of having an apartment here. Let me share my experience in this Oberoi Enigma review.
I went to visit this project last year and was told it will get completed by 2022 but no. They revised the time again and now I am hearing it is set for 2023. I doubt whether they will be able to wrap it up by then also or not.
The bedrooms are too small. They are not at all spacious and even the bathrooms are compact so investing crores here isn’t a good option
When I visited this project I had to wait more than an hour to check an apartment and they were also not very cooperative so I won’t suggest you invest here
This is, however, my personal experience. You can go through other reviews and then decide what to do.

Oberoi Enigma is a great project because it enjoys a great location. You will get everything near it. The best part is you can travel anywhere from there since there are several bustards located within 2 km. I myself used to board a bus from Shivaji Chowk and this project is just 1.6 km from it. Let me share the approximate distances of some locations from this project
