I visited the place about a month back. The Navami Landmark address is 43/13 & 14, 1, Mysore Rd, Kenchenhalli, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560056. The tower/facing I wanted to invest in was unfortunately sold out. As far as the property is concerned, we really loved the floor plan. Though I have invested in another tower in this project, my only concern was the presence of a big nala beside this project. However, the sales team assured me that there is an ample distance from the Nala. Also, the BBMP is working with the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board to prevent stormwater drain pollution.

The project is actually good and they are putting a lot of effort into making it a top-notch project but be sure that you will be suffering from the poor drainage problem. Another problem is the smell that becomes intolerable in summer coming out from the stagnant water just behind the project. I think it is better to have a talk with the builders and check what initiatives they are planning to take to eradicate these problems. Other than these two major problems, you won't face any such severe issues.

The possession date of Navami landmark is I think set for the next year and full fledged construction is going on so yes, it might be available by November 2023 only but I think it is better to wait a few months more to get relevant reviews. I just got to know from a friend some of the amenities they are planning to provide and they are:

I love the fact that Navami Landmark is located just opposite to Janabharathi Metro Station so you need not worry about its connectivity with the rest of the city at least. Its RERA ID is: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/190215/002374 so you can just check its relevance if you want as well. I love the fact that it has allotted a huge space for nature’s growth. About 35000 sq ft is allotted to forest lying just at the backyard of it. You might find its price a bit high but trust me it is not much compared to its location and features. When I checked the project myself, I was told that the price of 2 BHK starts from about Rs 83 Lakhs approx and for 3 BHK it is about 1.2 Cr. I might visit it again soon so I will be glad to share another Navami Landmark Review.
