Myhna Orchids is getting constructed just near my sister’s house so I do get the latest updates about it from here. Since we are planning to have a 2 BHK, I asked my sister to visit the project and it seems she is impressed by its features. I want to settle down in a peaceful and green environment and I believe I will get such a home in Myhna Orchids. I visited this project in January 2024 and loved it. This project has
100% vastu-compliant east and west facing apartments
This project will be spread across 5 acres of land and have 80% of open space
It will have 2 buildings with 405 units
Myhna Orchids RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/150524/006874 so be free, it has no legal dispute
It will have a huge clubhouse of around 20,000 plus sq ft
There will be no common walls for the apartments ensuring 100% privacy
The Myhna Orchids location is also great. It is near CNV ENTERPRISES - HP Petrol Bunk, Gunjur Village so you can understand how well-developed the area is. If you ask me to give this project a rating, I will give 4/ 5 in this Myhna Orchids review. But yes, do wait till next year, check the construction status and then make your investment.

The Myhna Orchids possession date is quite far away (December 2027) so I am planning not to invest here. I visited the
Ambience Woodsong in Gunjurand found it to be better. The 3 BHK here is 3 crore, quite more compared to the Myhna Orchids 3 BHK price, but the area, quality of apartments, and property designs are all way more beautiful than any other project in its vicinity. I will therefore suggest you visit both projects before making a final call about investment.
