Hello. I saw you asking about the minimum land required for DTCP approval. I live in Bengaluru and as per my knowledge, DTCP in Karnataka requires you to have a minimum land area of 500 square metres or 5380 sq. ft. to get the approval. This stands true for single-site, plotted and group housing sites under the residential category.

What is the Minimum Square Feet for DTCP Approval?
Here are the guidelines:
Residential
Single site and plotted (multiple sites): For a non-agricultural land or plot, the minimum requirement is 500 square metres to sanction a layout plan or subdivision plan for residential means.
Group housing site(s): Like with a single site and plotted, the minimum land requirement for DTCP approval remains the same, i.e., 500 sq.m.
Non-Residential: Subject to the availability of the frontage for non-residential purposes, a non-agricultural plot or land may be considered for sanctioning without limitation on the extent.
There are some general rules for these plots, though. They are as follows.
The plot which is proposed for subdivision must have access from an existing street or public road not less than 6m in length.
The land usage shall be under the Interim Master Plan/Master Plan and Zonal Regulations approved by the government.
This is all about the minimum plot size for DTCP approval. I hope it helps.
