I personally did not like Lodha Codename Evergreen because they provide small bedrooms. In fact, the demo apartment shown in this project also seems less spacious than apartments located near it. If we are investing crores, the bedrooms should be spacious and not feel congested.
Another issue I witnessed with this project is that it is located in a slum area. The locality is not as developed as I expected it to be. The project is expected to be completed by 2027, so there is a lot of time and scope to develop, so I will suggest you wait a few more years before investing. This is all I can say about this project as of now in this Lodha Codename Evergreen review.
