What is the Linux Bonheur Review Wakad Pune?

I went to check out the Linux Bonheur project with my friend a few months back and got really impressed after knowing its specifications. The apartments are not only well-built but also well-designed. They look lavish and provide the best on such an affordable budget. Here is the list of things I liked-

• The kitchen has a large granite platform which does add a touch of elegance to the space

• The kitchen sink has a drain board

• Dado tiles are installed up to 2 ft

• You can install a water purifier anytime. They have kept provision for it

• They have used vitrified tiles for flooring purposes all over the apartment but for the master bedroom, wooden flooring is there

• For bathrooms and terraces, anti-skid tiles have been installed which are of really good quality

• You will get powder coated/ anodized aluminium sliding windows

• Mosquito nets have been installed on all windows

• Marble windowsill make the windows look really cool

• Internal walls have a smooth coating of gypsum

• The walls have been tainted with sober acrylic oil-bound distemper paints

• Dado tiles have been installed in the bathrooms

• marble/Jaisalmer stone facia is installed for door openings

• Pastel colour sanitary ware is what make the toilets all more simple yet lavish looking

• Jaguar fitting is most used. If not, they assured us that they will be using branded and good quality fittings only

Linux Bonheur will be providing apartments for all. 1, 2, and 3 BHK aesthetically built apartments are truly worth investing in. I have researched a lot about it since I really want to buy a 2 BHK apartment here and here are some of the specifications-

I am determined to invest here but have to wait for my husband’s approval as well. We will be visiting this project again next month, so if possible, I will share another Linux Bonheur review. 

The Linux Bonheur possession date is set for 2024, and as of now, I have read or learned about no such negative reviews. You can get different apartments of different sizes and prices. Here is the floorplan that was provided to me during my visit there-
