Guys, I visited this project in the month of July and could see cracks visible on the walls of an apartment. They might fix them before handing over the property but I wonder what sort of materials have they used that within a year cracks have become visible? There is a drain at the back side of the building as well making the walls overall damp.
It is located at a great location and that's the only reason probably why people are interested in this project. It's better to wait a bit more, check the project yourself and then decide whether to invest here or not. I hope this Kumar Palaash review was helpful.

P52100016678. The project got launched 4 years back in 2018 and its possession date is 3 years away, in 2025. My father-in-law is interested in this project since it is quite near to his daughter’s house. My husband enquired about the price range and the sales team said the apartments range from Rs 49 Lakhs to Rs 72 Lakhs. We are planning to visit the site in February 2023. You must look for more
