Hi everyone, two months ago, my cousin and I were planning to buy land in Koregaon Park, Pune. However, we didn\'t have much information about it. So, I asked about the Koregaon park land rate to my friend who already owns land there. What are the Land Rates in Koregaon Park Pune?
My friend said Koregaon Park is one of the most expensive areas in the city, and is on the banks of the Mula Mutha River. Buying land here is a brilliant investment for you, because of its popularity as a vibrant destination for art, music, and nightlife. The area is home to art galleries, restaurants, clubs, cafes, and multiplexes.
I was interested in purchasing a plot here as Koregaon Park is conveniently located just 5.8 km from the airport and only 3.8 km from the Pune Railway Station junction. Here are a few pricing lists he shared with me.
