For my Kiarah Terrazo Review, let me tell you that this is actually not a good project. My sister lives near this project and she said a lot of people are complaining about it. In fact it is heard that the sales team did promise to provide a number of amenities but the accessibility has not been handed over. The kids area is yet to be used by the residents and they are not allowing them.
I would hence ask you to check it yourself, have a clear talk with the officials there and then decide.

One of my friends occupied a flat in Kiarah Terrazo and he wasn’t really happy. He mentioned in his Kiarah Terrazo review that he is facing water leakage issues, electricity problems, power backup issues, parking problems and what not. He rated it 1/ 5. I am not sure how others feel about it.

Please do note the most important thing that the project is RERA registered. The first tower is ready to move and its RERA ID is P52100002327 but the second tower won’t be available before 2025. However it is RERA registered as well and its ID is P521000019202. So you can check all its details online anytime.
I am yet to visit the project personally so will share another Kiarah Terrazo Review after visiting it.

As for my Kiarah Terrazo Review, let me tell you that I visited this project last month and it is partially ready to move. They are doing a good job to make it all ready. One phase is totally ready but another one is under construction and may take a few years. But the amenities they are providing are actually great that also within such an affordable price. Let me share some of them:
Gymnasium
Club House
Video door security
community hall
Basketball court
Badminton court
Yoga or Meditation hall and more
I did love it. You can invest here without a second thought.
