Terrible experience my brother had with Jiva Cargo Packers and Movers, Mumbai. Think 1000 times before you hire them. Even after asking for a bigger truck, they sent a bolero and because of that he had to hire a NoBroker Packer and Mover to shift his left-out sofa, dining table and TV immediately. They shifted all his belongings safely, timely, and at an affordable rate.

I got my belongings shifted with the help of Jiva Cargo Packers and Mover. I think they are really expensive, as I paid Rs. 19,000 from my 2BHK shift within Mumbai. However, I didn’t face any damage issues.

Jiva Cargo Packers and Movers, Mumbai team, handled my possessions with care. They delivered all my belongings from Borivali East to Bandra West without damage. Their staff has excellent skills, but they are expensive.

We availed of Jiva Cargo Packers and Movers service last year to get our goods transported from Mumbai to Pune and had a terrible experience with them. From the beginning, they lacked professionalism. They arrived late, packed the goods carelessly, and did not bring enough cartons, hence using our bags to stuff the items. After an hour, they called us, mentioning that the GST charge was not included; hence, we needed to pay that ASAP or our goods would not be delivered. I had no option but to pay the amount. They were supposed to reach the destination at 6 p.m. but arrived around 11 p.m. and charged us extra for unloading. Pathetic. After my friend shared with me a positive Jiva Cargo Packers Mumbai review, I availed of their service and had a moderate experience with them. Their team was cordial and packed goods with care but lacked time management. They arrived late and took around 3 hours to pack 1 BHK of goods, which was way too much. As a result, the goods that were supposed to be delivered in the evening got delivered late at night, but thankfully my goods were not damaged, so I am happy. You can consider availing of their service.

Very bad service from Jiva Cargo Packers and Movers Mumbai. They delayed the work execution, mishandled my belongings, and didn't return a shelf and a utensil box. The team took Rs 1,400 extra for unloading, which wasn't mentioned during booking. Their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency made the experience extremely frustrating. Never book from this packers and movers again.

They didn't pack the goods properly while transporting our goods from Mumbai to Delhi, especially photo frames, glass items, fragile items like showpieces hence delivered several items damaged. They refused to assemble the goods as promised until I paid extra. No one addressed my complaints and only insisted on good reviews. Will never opt for them again. Choose

Save yourself from Jiva Cargo Packers and Movers Mumbai. They are unprofessional and disorganised. They sent a small vehicle, causing delays and chaos. No supervisor was present, and the packing was random and careless. They demanded extra money for items they claimed weren't listed, leading to endless arguments. After 7 hours and multiple trips, it felt like a nightmare. Avoid them if you want a hassle-free move. • Raised the fee from Rs 3,700 to Rs 4,900 all of a sudden stating that the number of goods was more than what was stated but it was not true

• Their team seemed to be in a super hurry hence packed our goods carelessly without any precaution and broke a chair’s leg during loading

• They delayed the delivery by 2 hours which is okay but they did not bother to inform us

It was quite frustrating if the truth be told hence I am not going for them for my next move
