I had an overall very good experience with Goodwill Breeza. The sales team was very professional in giving us every minute detail about the project. He also guided us through the home loan application process. I think the Goodwill Breeza price is set justifiably. The Goodwill Breeza completion date is December 2024.

Apart from this, I can say that the Goodwill Breeza location is very good. The property is located in Dhanori which is very well-connected to the city. There is also a leisure zone and sports zone in the property which I absolutely love. I think it is a great investment.

The Goodwill Breeza construction status at this moment is under-construction. I have already booked a flat here so I can give my reviews till date. The infrastructure of the project is very good. The build quality is great and I found the flats to be quite spacious. The Goodwill Breeza possession date is December 2024, so I think all of the amenities will be completed and ready for use by then. 

The sales team for the project was also very cooperative with us. Even the after sales service was commendable. All of the small or big issues that we faced were solved very quickly. 

Goodwill Breeza is offering ready-to-move-in 2 BR homes and is RERA approved. Here are the RERA IDs-

I personally found this project great because of its location. It is well-connected to the city but enjoys ample greenery. You won’t exactly experience the hustle and bustle of the main city. Since I have checked this project myself, let me share some of the places located near it-

• Dr Mar Theophilus School is just a walkable distance- 60 mts

• D Y Patil Knowledge City is within 1 km

• Kendriya Vidyalaya – is within 3 km

• The Airport is also within 3 km

• Phoenix Market City is within 5.7 km

Some of the famous IT hubs located close by are-

• Kalyani Nagar – 6.2 Km

• Koregaon Park – 8.1 Km

• Symbiosis – 5.5 km

• Commerzone IT Park – 6 Km

This is all I can say in this Goodwill Breeza review at the moment. I will share more once I move here.

I have a 5-year-old kid, so for me, having 24*7 security and a children’s play area was of the utmost importance, and that is why I am planning to have my dream house in this project really soon. Let me now share why I am saying so in this Goodwill Breeza review. This project has

• Landscape terrace

• Automatic Gearless Lifts and more

I checked out several projects within my budget (Rs 60 lakhs), but as of now, this project tops the list. The apartments are priced between Rs 54 lakh and Rs 76 lakh.

• The apartments are way too small. It seems they are selling 1 BHK at the price of 2 BHK. Compare other projects in this area and you will know whether this is true or not

• Drain water is flowing just outside this project so it is very unhygienic and dirty

• The project is yet to be completed completely and as per the speed, it is believed that it won’t get wrapped up before 2024

If you are really interested in having your house here, do not believe any Goodwill Breeza review, rather, visit it personally and ask about the possession date. They sometimes change it, so make sure you get the possession soon. I will rate this project 2.7/ 5.
