Sholinganallur is not at all a developed area so be sure that investing in
Golden Elephant isn’t going to be great. You will face several problems here like
Poor road condition
Lack of vehicles
No police stations nearby
Street lights do not work most of the time
No metro station nearby
Severe traffic jams
Occasional water shortages and more
I would therefore request you not to trust any Golden Elephant review easily until you check out the project and witness these yourself.

The Golden Elephant is a new project by the KCS foundation providing 2 BHK apartments. My brother lives in
Sholinganallur and is finding the project great. If you want you can too extract details about it from its RERA ID: TN/29/Building/0480/2020 dated 28/12/2020. The carpet area for a 2 BHK apartment is 630 sq ft. It has set its possession date for September 2023 and seems will be able to get it done easily. My brother is planning to book an apartment here so if I get a chance to visit this project, I shall definitely give a
