Came across this project by Godrej a while ago and as we were looking for a 1 BHK, decided to check it out. It is in Panvel and one of the major interest areas for us was the excellent railway connectivity. Panvel railway station is like 500 metres from the project, which would be perfect for us. The house is okayish, not that spacious though. The project is under construction and will be up for possession in 2032, which is too late for us, so we did not go ahead with it.

Well the flats start at Rs. 1.08 crores for a 1 BHK and go up to Rs. 2.02 crores for the 3 BHK. For the 1 BHK, I’d be doubtful, but for a 3 BHK, this seems like a good deal. Godrej is one of the good developers and when we saw the floor plan and all, we quite liked it. The carpet area has to be positive. The 3 BHK has two options, as far as I know, one with a carpet area of 988 sq. ft. and the other with a carpet area of 1167 sq. ft.

There are numerous attractions in the form of amenities, including over 4,000 trees of green cover, rainwater harvesting, a sewage treatment plant, and Vastu-compliant homes. We were in search of a 2 BHK and were also okay with the house area, which although a bit small but will work. The connectivity as a whole is nice and we are making up our mind to book the 2 BHK soon.
