I am interested in this project mainly because of the Godrej Bayview location. It is in close proximity to Croma - Vashi Akshar Plaza, Sector 9, Vashi and is well-connected to South Mumbai, BKC, the Central Suburbs and Thane with roads and highways. For me, location plays a prime factor and since this project has great connectivity with the rest of the city, I am going to finalise a 3 BHK here soon.
