- Tangible assets are physical; they include cash, inventory, vehicles, equipment, buildings and investments.
- On the other hand intangible assets do not exist in physical form and include things like accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, and patents and goodwill
- Another difference between tangible and intangible assets is that tangible assets are depreciated whereas intangible assets are amortized.
-Since tangle assets are physical aka have a physical presence they are easier to liquidate in comparison . Intangible assets are not easy to liquidate in comparison and dont sell in the market easily.
