1. I have been in kasavanahalli for the past 10 yers
. i came to know that token amoiunt was 7 lakhs to book a flat here.How can we give 7Laks as booking amount when NO master plan / elevation / Color of the walls/ floor plan / Room configuration etc avaiLABLE? What is compelling people to book blindly ?
2. As of now, even RERA number is not available
3.Its a 4 year project.. What % of profit we can expect at the end of project completion ie 2029 ?
4. If preEMI holiday available, is it worth to go ahead with like 10:80:10 ? what would be pros and cons ( hidden charges, hiden catches, locking etc) ?
This area is crowded miserably and nandini circle is def bottle neck
