Being a resident of Delhi, I am aware of the DDA scheme very well. Under the Festival Special Housing Scheme, the DDA announced that it is selling 32,000 constructed homes along with opulent penthouses. This was back in November. Registration opened from November 24th onwards. The cost of DDA flats is between Rs 11.5 lakh and Rs 5 crore. These DDA flats are available in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Rohini, Sirsapur and Narela.
