I am interested in Codename - Fireworks, as I feel their booking amount is more reasonable than what others charge. They will be charging Rs 90,000 as the booking fee only. In fact, their features are really good. Here are some of the aspects I really liked-
All the apartments are air-conditioned
The bathroom has well-known brand’s fittings and is fully equipped
There are provisions for electric vehicle charging so I can charge my scooty easily here
There is a large futsal court
The skating rink is also good
The reflexology pathway is going to be soothing for sure
The Olympic size swimming pool is great
There is a separate per park for your lovely pets
3 high speed plus 1 service lift will be available in each tower

Codename - Fireworks is still under construction and is expected to be completed by 2026. I believe there is time. Do not believe any Codename - Fireworks review so easily without verifying it. But as of now, the project is going well. It is RERA-approved as well. The cost is a bit much, I believe. They have set their starting price at Rs 90 lakh plus. Some details I have been able to gather about the project are that
The project will be having 2 and 3 BHK apartments for 795 sq ft and 1085 sq ft respectively
The price of the 3 BHK is yet to be decided
This project will be a 2 Phased residential project
Currently they are providing spot booking offers as well
So yes you can check it out and decide whether to invest here or not.
