After that, I asked him about the Binary Temple Tree location, which he told me was near Babai Tiffins, Sompura Gate, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. I visited the project site and enquired about the Binary Temple Tree possession date and RERA number. The executive told me that possession was in December 2025 and the RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/220124/006570. I decided to book a 3 BHK unit as the whole project was to my liking.
