My friend bought an apartment here. She said that the Aurelia Baner Pune project area is around 2.00 acres. This project offers covered car parking for its residents. Also, she was very happy that the project’s premise is clean with no water crisis/problem. However, the only con that she mentioned about this project is the inadequate recreational space for children and seniors.
