ASV Alexandria is a wonderful project to invest in. My husband and I had been planning to buy a house for a long time, so in September we visited this project. They are providing 3 and 4 BHK apartments covering an area of 1850 sq ft to 2750 sq ft. We checked out a 3BHK flat and let me tell you what it had
A spacious living room
Kitchen with a yard
Three spacious bedrooms
Three toilets
Two balconies
Previously we had checked out several apartments but most of them had two toilets and 1 balcony so
ASV Alexandria definitely has the advantage over them. We will be visiting the project in December to finalize the deal and if possible I will share a more descriptive ASV Alexandria Review then.

My husband works in Wipro SEZ and he was the one to persuade me to visit the
ASV Alexandria project. Earlier this month I went there and the project looked amazing. The locale is well-connected with the rest of the city and you will find many notable areas near it like
Marg Junction Shopping Mall within 500m
Global Hospital is just 1 km far
HCL SEZ is 1 km away
Akkarai (ECR) is within 2 km
AKDR Golf Village is about 3.1 km far
Velachery is 5km from it
Lifeline Hospital is 6 km far
Accenture is just beside it
Hotel Gateway is also located very near to it
Yes the price might seem a bit high but trust me compared to its location, amenities and design, its nothing. I will give the project 4.6/5 in this

The only issue with the
ASV Alexandria project is its sales team. I sent my friend to check the project since she lives here but her experience there wasn’t good at all. At first, they asked her to wait for about 5 to 10 mins since they wanted to show her the best apartment but after about half an hour they said no there is no vacant flat left. However when I called them the previous day they said I could get there and visit since they have a lot of apartments vacant that could be sown.
Secondly, she said that during the wait time she heard loud noises, maybe from some construction going on nearby. When she asked a resident there about it they said it is a daily thing happening for almost 4 months now. I thereby have put buying an apartment here on hold but if I visit the project myself, I shall definitely share another ASV Alexandria review to help you know more about it.
