Assetz Earth and Essence really need to change or work on their management team. They are rude, reluctant to show properties or even tell details. The project is extremely expensive. If you visit other projects near it you will see how they are looting customers. The only good thing about it is its location. There are schools like
Canadian International School and Federal Public school located within 7kms.
The Bellary road is 2km from the project
Reliance Fresh is within 5kms
Cyte Hospital is within 10kms and more

Sorry but let me tell you one thing in my Assetz Earth and Essence Review that Please Do Not waste your money here. Their starting price is about Rs. 2 Cr which is just too much. You will get all the facilities they are providing elsewhere within Rs 1Cr or even below so why will I pay so much here? The worst part is the Sales Team of the project never replies to the mails or queries sent to them. They seem uninterested in selling any property I think and have no experience in client handling. I will rate this project 1/ 5 but you can check the project yourself and decide.

This is a very recent project but thank God it is RERA approved. I got a good and proper Assetz Earth and Essence Review from my sister recently. The ready-to-move-in apartments since July 2022 have actually been able to attract a lot of attention at least from my entire family because of the variety of amenities they are providing. My sister bought an apartment here in August and she said the amenities they were promised are all there like:
Tennis court
Basketball court
Badminton court
Cycling & Jogging track
ATM
Spa
Organic Farms
Wifi
24*7 security
Landscaping and Tree Planting
Solid waste management and disposal
Sewage treatment and what not
Overall she is simply loving the area and the amenities so you can think of spending money here.
