You might laugh but the cat issue is serious here. You will get to see a dozen cats at a glance and be sure to get scratched by them anytime. I have no idea how the residents here are okay with it. Another major drawback of this project is the lack of proper drinking water. This is a serious concern that at least I couldn't overlook hence had to cancel the plan of shifting here. I won’t have paid any maintenance charge if there was an issue with the supply of drinking water. If you are okay with these, you can invest in here but I won’t be giving 1/ 5 in this ARV New Town Review.
