Amardeep Anutham is postponing their possession date quite often. One of my friends was really interested in buying an apartment here and was told that it will end by 2019 but it is 2023 now. They are assuring it will be completed by this year only but the construction is not in full swing at all. I am sure it won’t get completed this year as well.
Their starting price is quite high as well which is hard for a middle-class man to afford. After all Rs 1. 42 crores for 1 BHK is way too much. I will rate this project 1.7/ 5 in this Amardeep Anutham review but if you are really interested, check it out yourself and then decide.
