Buying an apartment in Ajit Periwinkle is a BIG NO because it lacks the basic amenity- a swimming pool. I checked their brochure and saw they had stated it there but when I visited the project, I saw there was no provision for the swimming pool. The worst part that is going to bring them down is their sales team. I tried to negotiate the price citing the lack of a swimming pool but they simply turned me down and behaved rudely. They will just say - TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. And no proper roads are connected with this project as well so connectivity will be a big issue if they do not pay any heed to it.
