I checked out a row house in this project so would like to share some details in this

review. I love wooden frames more than aluminium and if you too love them, let me tell you that
The main door has teak wood frames and flush door shutters
For the bedrooms’ doors they have used African Vengai wood frames and flush door shutters
For the bathrooms as well they have used solid wood frames with flush door shutters of BWP grade
All the locks are of Godrej so you will be safe here
For floorings, they have used vitrified tiles
The counter top of the kitchens have black granites and the sinks are of steel with drainboard
It was a pleasure to see their row houses constructed elegantly with all branded and best materials possible. You won’t regret investing here.

Their finishing is not worth it. You can clearly see the drainage pipelines. The exterior too is not very pleasant to attract buyers. My friend had booked a 2 BHK here but every time they were delaying the possession fate hence he cancelled. It enjoys a great location and I think that’s the only plus point it has. Adroit Fortune offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments alongside 3.5 BHK row houses. I recently learnt all the 2 and 3 BHK apartments have been booked. The triple-level row houses are only left now ranging from 2657 sq ft to 2853 sq ft. The row houses are all west-facing so if you are really interested in this project check it out and book yours. Although I cannot book a 2BHK here right now, I will wait for Adroit Fortune
reviews to know about construction quality and overall feedback of the flats.
