My brother is living in a 2 BHK apartment in Adityaraj Sai Prasad and, till date, has faced no such issue. When I asked him, he said that the apartment is fine. This project has only one building, consisting of 110 units in total. It is spread over 0.19 acres. It has also got the RERA approval.
The carpet area of 1 BHK is 342 sq ft, and the carpet area of 2 BHK is 509-527 sq ft. The price of the apartments is between Rs 70 lakh and Rs 1.1 crore. It has all the essential amenities, like a gym, lifts, power backup, parking spaces, and more. He hasn’t yet shared any negative Adityaraj Sai Prasad review, so I believe there is no harm in looking at this project.

I found Adityaraj Sai Prasad quite overpriced. The amenities it is offering are very common; nothing about them is extraordinary, so charging crores for them does not seem justified. However it does enjoy a good location since you will get everything near it like
Bayer House, Vikhroli Station Road, Chandra bus stations and more within 7 km
Vivo Ghatkopar, Asalpha, Jagruti Nagar metro stations are also within 7 km
Kanjur Marg, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli within 6 km
Ankur Hospital, Dr Jiten Chowdhry - Laparoscopy Gastro surgeon & Piles Surgeon, Noble Plus Hospital, Dental Profile - Dental Clinic in Ghatkopar within 6 km
Little Flower English High School, DILIP KUNJ, Psalms School of Music and more schools within 8 km
