24 Sunshine is RERA-approved and its ID is
P52100029620. They have set their possession date for December 2025. I could visit the project last year and noted down some features of this project like-
For all floorings, vitrified tiles will be used
There will be well-designed false ceilings to provide a luxurious look to the apartments
Oil Bound Distemper paint will be used for the master bedroom
For all the other rooms acrylic Emulsion will be used
You will get shower panel, premium bath fittings, geyser, exhaust fan in the bathrooms
A lot of work is yet to be done on this project. As of now, this is all I can say in this

Getting a reasonable apartment in Pune has really become a tough job now. My husband really wants to buy a new house but the prices have gone really high. Compared to other projects 24 Sunshine is still within a middle-class person’s range. Here is the price chart of this project that we explored last year.

The project is stretched across 1.87 acres and has 288 units in total. We checked out this project last year but couldn’t spend much time there hence are planning to visit it again and might book an apartment as well. If I visit it, I shall share another 24 Sunshine review for sure.

24 Sunshine is going to furnish smart homes with modern facilities but as of now, nothing can be said with a 100% guarantee. If things go as planned, these apartments will have high resale value in the future for sure. I however feel it is located at a very good place. The
HDFC Bank Moshi is within 1 km of this project
Moshi Post Office is also within 3 km
Diagonal Mall is within 1.04 km
Dmart is within 1.64 km
Spine City Mall is within 3 km
Nivasa Inspiria is within 5.3 km
Basant Plaza is within 5.6 km
Yashoda Hospital is within 2.6 km
Sanskruti Preschool Day School is within 2 km
Ganesh International School is within 2 km
So yes, investing here I hope is not going to be a bad idea. However, before believing in nay 24 Sunshine, it is better to check this project out yourself.
