In Kerala, Thandaper is another method of paying property taxes. I have land in Munnar. This was a very efficient method of paying the property tax. I would like to share some insights on how I obtained the Thandaper certificate. I carried the below-given documents to the village office;

• Documents Concerning Land

• Slips from previous years' property tax payments

• Aadhaar card, PAN card, and other government IDs to identify my ownership

• Property owner's address and phone number

The village officer uploaded the provided documents to the network once my application was approved, and then I was given the following documents:

• Thandaper number in tax receipt

• Survey Number Block Number

• Subdivision Number
