I can help you with whether is Tata Capital good for personal loan or not. I got a call regarding a pre-approved loan from Tata Capital. They took all the details and carried out the formalities for the auto-debit from my account. Then, neither did they call nor did they pick up my call.
A few days later, one of their employees said “As the system has been updated, your loan is not approved”. I needed money and these people fooled me. They are highly irresponsible and unethical.
