Talking about Sobha Inizio Parel, this project is really well-located. My office is at Kamala Mills, which is only 10 minutes away. There are various technology parks, academic hubs, healthcare facilities, and malls nearby. Like:

While browsing the projects in Parel, Mumbai, I came across Sobha Inizio. The exact location of this project is Jerbai Wadia Rd, Dhabholkar Wadi, Shivaji Nagar, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400012. I checked the details online and was impressed with the location and amenities. It is in proximity to train stations, malls, restaurants, and workplaces. The only issue I have is the possession date, which is in March 2034. So, I will definitely look for other projects.
