Shriram Chirping Woods is a residential project by the esteemed Shriram Properties in Halaur Road Bangalore. I have come across a few reviews which had me concerned but I decided to take it into my own hands. I visited the property and did a thorough check myself. I also asked their customer relations manager a bunch of questions. I can let you know what I feel about this project in my Shriram Chirping Woods Villament reviews.
- I feel the location is quite an advantage as I didn’t face much difficulty reaching the apartments. In fact, I had the option to book a cab or share local public transportation. I decided to take my own car and the ride was pretty smooth.
- I was a little concerned about the civic amenities but when I checked, the work is on and the developments are sure to be seen soon.
- I felt that the flat prices are competitive given that they are offering amenities that are there in other projects at a much higher price.
- One thing that concerned me was the claims that I might see a delay in getting possession of the property. But then the customer relationship manager shared the whole timeline with me which ensured that I shouldn’t be worried about that.
- The only drawback is traffic since Whitefiled and Marathali Junction are really close, you may find yourself in traffic.
