Saptashree Galicia is a beautifully built residential property ideally located near Kolshet Chowpatty. According to me, this project will provide the ideal balance of peaceful settings and urban connectivity. One of this project's most distinguishing qualities is its proximity to two renowned temples, which provide residents with a tranquil and spiritual environment.

Apart from this, its location is great. Matoshree Gangubai Sambhaji Shinde Hospital and SS Hospital are just 30 minutes and 15 minutes away, respectively, from this project. Also, this property offers easy access to Thane (4.2 km), Manpada (5.2 km), Thane Railway Station (25 minutes), Dada Patil Wadi Metro Station (25 minutes), and Bageshwar Dham (30 minutes). I really liked the property, so I booked a 2 BHK unit for my parents.

Last year, I went to the Galicia project for the first time and booked a 1 BHK unit. My experience was good and comforting right from the start. I really loved how their CRM team walked us through every aspect of the project, emphasising both its benefits and drawbacks. The strong construction quality we saw during our site visit was what most impressed me. 

Their staff showed us an actual under-construction unit, in contrast to many other developers who display temporary, customised model apartments in the clubhouse area. This provided me with a level of clarity that is uncommon in the current real estate market. It provided me with a clear understanding of the layout and the actual usable area. Will rate this project 4.5 out of 5. I hope they will maintain this level of quality and timeliness.

We opted for a two-bedroom flat in Saptashree Galicia because it falls comfortably within Thane West's mid-range budget. This newly launched project offers 1 BHK and 2 BHK, starting at Rs. 60 Lakhs. Schools, public transport, and everyday necessities are all close by. Kolshet Chaupati and Central Park are within a 5-minute walking distance.

At this pricing point, it is uncommon to find a layout that is both practical and spacious. The builder also appears to be responsive, and the construction quality is good so far. The completion date of this project is May 2028. For first-time homebuyers or real estate investors, it seems like a fair deal overall.
