The local development officers, such as the sub-divisional officer (SDO) or deputy collector, are in charge of monitoring the land conversion process. The state's tax department weighs the planning and development of the neighbourhood before approving such conversions.
How to apply for Sanad certificate in Goa?
Visit the
Goa Government's official website.
By generating a user ID and password, you can register and create an account.
Check for the official application for North or South Goa by logging into this official website.
Give accurate information when filling out the application.
Click on the submit button. There will be a receipt for recognition created. You have two options: download the receipt or write down the acknowledgment number.
Using the acknowledgement number, you can identify the status of your application inside the same domain.
