I recently visited the Sahakar Excel Acropolis project, which spans across 0.50 acres. The project provides 2, and 3 BHK apartments, and the size ranges from 618 to 1170 Sqft. They are offering 25+ amenities. Out of all the amenities, the Miyawaki Forest concept really stood out for me. This is currently an under construction property, and the expected possession is in March 2028.
