Pretty decent project this in Baner. 2 and 3 BHK homes in highrise towers with like 20 odd floors and the area of the place is big around 6.5 acres. I had seen an ad so me and my family checked out the 3 BHK last week. Baner is a nice area we have been considering to settle in for a while now. Astra is I think in a good place with metro connectivity and 10 minutes from the Mumbai Bangalore Expressway. I also checked with the team that the airport is also less than an hour away. Haven’t finalised the flat yet as we are looking at other options.

I was impressed with the detailing in the interiors they have promised. Some of the ones I remember are video door phone, digital lock for the main door, fans and tube light in the entire flat and all. Good in terms of area too, like the 2 BHK we saw had a carpet area of 1250 sq. ft., so there will be enough room to work around and set up a nice space. Seeing all this, we booked the flat.

Lots of good features for modern living like a big clubhouse, swimming pool and yoga along with other entertainment options here. They have tried to have good greenery here but would have been better if it was executed better. We were going to book this but found a better one elsewhere under our budget so had to go with that.
