We saw this project by Ramky One in Uppal and as we had been in search of a 2 BHK, so we went to see it onsite a while ago. This is a decently sized place with like 600 flats on almost 6 acres. I’d say apart from all the aspects, the location and connectivity is very nice. The NGRI metro is easy to rach to and so is the Secunderabad railway station. Also, the international airport is like 50 mins from here, not bad I’d say.

Nice place in Uppal, this is close to Genpact and pricing is something that had us interested in the first place. 2 BHKs here start at Rs. 1.2 crores and this fit in our budget. We also like the area so we were like why not see it for ourselves. The flats are being built as per Vastu which was under our preference and the overall construction quality seemed nice too. We are exploring more options for now before we finalise anything.

A good area to live in if you want to settle in Hyderabad I’d say. Amenities like in any other societies, there is a clubhouse, gym, play zones and all. But there are also other amenities like amphitheatre, basketball court, elder zone, car washing and tennis court. We also liked the floor plan of the 3 BHK, there are two bedrooms on the two corners and the master bedrooms along with the kitchen on the opposite end with living room and dining in the middle.
