Hi. We recently bought a 3 BHK in Rajapushpa Pristinia. This is in Koapet close to the Neopolis Road and well when we had first checked out the property, we were quite impressed. The place is still under construction, but the area is massive, around 12 acres of land. We liked the location the most as connectivity from Kokapet to other areas like Financial District, Gachibowli and Kondapur is good. I’d also say the pricing is decent for the property market, starting at Rs. 1.8 crores. For a good 3 BHK in Hyderabad, this is a good option to look at.

Had talked to the sales team of this project and the experience was pretty positive. We went to see the progress of work there and although it has been slow, it is taking shape. Overall, homes are big and my family really liked the amenities here. Like there are a lot, temperature controlled pool, tennis court, badminton court, squash, yoga space and all. Although we were happy with the offerings the price exceeded our budget, so we had to let this one go.

Really big project with what I heard like 1800 flats. The house areas are also as big as they can get. Like 3 BHKs start at 2040 sq. ft., which is spacious enough for a bungalow. I personally liked that 80 percent of the total 12 acres is open space so you can imagine how much greenery would be around the society, which is something I wanted to have where I lived. Although we are yet to book the apartment, we do like this a lot.
