The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development has come up with a lottery scheme this year to provide houses at a low price. The Konkan Board has promised to provide 8025 residential and commercial housing units for the 2021 MHADA lottery.
Note:The registration for MHADA lottery schemes ended on 23rd September. However, you can check the result dates I have provided below.
I will also include the registration process and eligibility criteria for the MHADA lottery schemes so that you can apply next year.
How to register for the upcoming MHADA lotteryGo to the MHADA website and get registered.

Create your 'Username'
Fill up all the details like family name, income, pan card number, date of birth, gender, address, a mobile number that is in service.
After submitting the details, log in again to the website.
Use the credentials to log in to the MHADA web portal.
Choose the lottery scheme suitable for you.
pay the amount by NEFT or RTGS to participate in the lottery.
You must be 18 years of age to apply for the MHADA lottery.
Pan card is needed to apply.
The applicant must own a domicile certificate.
To apply for LIG flats you must earn Rs. 25,001 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
To apply for MIG flats you must earn Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 75,000 per month.
To apply for HIG flats you must earn Rs. 75,001 or above per month.
